  • Medical patients may purchase up to 6,000 mg of THC in the form of cannabinoid concentrates or medical cannabinoid products per 30 day period.
  • Minor patients in North Dakota (and their caregivers) may only purchase Pediatric Medical Marijuana, which may not contain a concentration of more than 6% THC.
