Centralized Mobile App Customization

Stop hunting across multiple screens to adjust your mobile app's look and feel. Chain and enterprise admins now manage theme, product cards, navigation, and store settings from a single Mobile App tab in Chain Admin, with a location picker that persists as you move between sections. Settings that were scattered across per-dispensary Customize pages and buried in Chain Admin menus are now consolidated in one place, saving your team time and reducing the risk of missed customizations across locations.

Configurable Customer Deduplication

Take control of how your customer profiles are merged by defining what makes two customers a duplicate. The new Customer Merge tool in the Backoffice lets you set your own matching criteria, like phone number, date of birth, ID scan history, or medical versus recreational profile status, and shows you a confidence score so you understand how strong each match is. Instead of using hard-coded rules that don't fit your business, your team can now decide whether to merge medical and recreational profiles, exclude garbage data like test emails, and prioritize which profile becomes the survivor in a merge. This gives you the flexibility to run clean deduplication campaigns on your own terms, whether you're consolidating profiles after a data cleanup or linking national loyalty networks across locations.

Simplified Pricing Tier Management

Take control of pricing tiers with an interface built for how your team actually works. The modernized Pricing Tiers page in Back Office now lets you edit price breaks inline, archive and unarchive tiers without losing product assignments, and organize tiers with tags for quick filtering. Pre-built weight options remove the need to manually enter common tier sizes used across cannabis operations, while mass-archive capabilities let you make sweeping changes with per-tier error reporting so nothing slips through the cracks.

Sibling Tag Management for Metrc Packages

Stop losing sales and facing compliance violations when you receive multiple small packages of the same product. Metrc Retail ID now lets you merge sibling packages together or link specific QR codes to the right child package, eliminating register scan errors and ensuring your physical counts match inspection requirements. Your inventory team can consolidate fragmented stock into a single manageable unit during receiving, while your budtenders get reliable scans at the register instead of "Scan not found" errors.

AI Steps In When a Lab Report Won't Parse

Cut manual data entry errors when you import lab reports. When a PDF is hard to read, use AI to help pull out the values instead of typing them in by hand.

Import the report the way you always do. If the standard parser can't read it, you'll see the option to try a different method that uses AI instead. That pass takes a minute or two, then pre-fills the lab result fields for you to check, just like reviewing any manually entered batch. Nothing saves until you confirm the values.

Segment Definition History

Troubleshoot unexpected changes in customer targeting by viewing a complete audit trail of all segment edits. A new History tab in the segment details screen shows exactly who changed a segment's definition, when they changed it, and what fields were modified, including the old and new values. This accountability helps your team catch accidental changes, verify marketing strategies are correctly configured, and reduce the risk of unauthorized alterations.

Discount Archive & Restore

Clean up your active discount list by archiving inactive promotions instead of deleting them permanently. Staff with edit permissions can archive individual discounts or bulk-archive multiple rows from the active list, which now appear in a dedicated Archived tab searchable by name, code, ID, or online display name. Restore any archived discount with a single click or bulk restore multiple at once, and cache automatically updates so changes appear instantly across all screens.

Buy It Again with Smart Substitutes

Help customers find alternatives when their favorite products are out of stock. A new Buy It Again carousel on your homepage now displays unavailable items with substitute recommendations and back-in-stock notifications, instead of letting those products disappear from view. Your customers can explore similar options immediately or set a reminder, keeping them engaged and reducing lost sales when inventory dips.

Point Boost Transaction Visibility

Audit loyalty point grants with complete transparency across your business. A new Point Boost transaction type in the Point Liability Dashboard and loyalty ledger distinguishes automatically granted points, such as birthday bonuses or sign-up rewards, from manual staff adjustments. Your marketing team can verify that workflows are executing correctly and reaching intended customers, while financial reports now reflect the true outstanding loyalty liability including all automated point distributions.

Driver's License Fraud Blocking

Protect your dispensary from fraud actors who exploit Pay by Bank by creating temporary accounts and abandoning them after purchase. Dutchie now tracks driver's-license-based fraud signals for Pay by Bank: when a payment fails in ways that indicate fraud, the driver's license is flagged and monitored across future orders, so repeat offenders using the same ID across new accounts can be identified.
