On-Sale Collections

Showcase your deals without manually updating your sale collection's product list every time a discount changes. Collections Builder now includes an "Items on Sale" option that automatically pulls your discounted products into one collection. As promotions start and end, the collection updates on its own, so shoppers always find your current deals in one place.

Mobile App Analytics

Understand how customers actually shop your branded mobile app. The new Mobile App Analytics dashboard in Dutchie Admin tracks users, sessions, and page views, with a Most Viewed Pages table and a running total of app downloads. Filter everything down to a specific dispensary location.

Customer Geography

Know who is walking through your door and where they are coming from. A new Customer Geography tab in Backoffice's Customers section plots shoppers on a heat map using the home addresses on file for customers who purchased within your selected timeframe, with counts by city plus age and gender demographics. Use these insights to tailor promotions to the customers actually shopping with you.

Price-Based Discount Filters

Keep margin-eroding discount mistakes off the register. The discount builder now filters product eligibility by price point, alongside existing brand, category, and weight filters, so a flat $5-off promo can exclude a $9.99 clearance gram instead of accidentally cutting its price in half. That eligibility rule is enforced automatically at checkout, keeping every budtender's discounts consistent.

Phone Number Scrubber

If you run SMS campaigns, your results depend on the quality of your phone list. Dutchie's team scrubs it for you, flagging and opting out invalid numbers and landlines that can't receive texts, as standard onboarding before your first campaign, and on request anytime if you're already sending, especially if deliverability is slipping. To get a scrub, reach out to your Customer Success or Support contact.

Personalized Subject Lines

Grab attention before the email is even opened with subject lines that feel personal instead of generic. A new Merge Tags button in the email campaign builder (Marketing > Campaigns) inserts personalization like a customer's first name into the subject line and preview text, no special syntax to type. Build more engaging campaigns and boost open rates with a click.
