HOW TO ORDER

Walk-in — Check in at reception with your ID, then shop with us on the sales floor. We accept cash, debit, and Pay by Bank.

In-Store Pickup — Order ahead for ASAP or a scheduled time. Check in at reception with your ID, then head to the sales floor and pay by cash or debit at the register.

Curbside Pickup — Prepaid with Pay by Bank. No check-in, no sales floor. Just let our reception team know you've arrived and we'll bring your order out.

Delivery — $80 minimum, prepaid with Pay by Bank. We deliver across the Upper West Side and nearby. Please be home with your ID ready; we can't leave orders unattended. Our driver waits 5 minutes, and if we miss you we'll hold your order for in-store pickup.

DISCOUNTS

Our daily deals, The Flowery's monthly brand promotions, and The Deep Cuts all apply automatically at checkout — nothing to ask for.

Some printed and mailed promotions require a code. If you have one, bring it with you or have it ready at checkout.

If more than one discount could apply to an item, you'll get the better one. Discounts don't combine.
