We here at Phasal do all we can to make our customers satisfied with all of the products we carry. 

If you have a legitimate complaint concerning an item you purchased, you must contact us via email at returns@phasaldispensary.com with your complaint and a photo of the item purchased within 7 days of the purchase. Once we receive your email, you will be contacted within 24-48 hours for a resolution.  NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE IS IMMEDITATE. NO RETURNS ON ACCESSORIES.
