Keep Legal Cannabis in Massachusetts.
Vote NO on Question 8.

Question 8 on the November 3 ballot would repeal legal adult-use cannabis sales in Massachusetts. It would also end home growing and close the licensed dispensaries you shop at today, pushing consumers back toward the unsafe illicit market.

Vote NO on Question 8 to keep cannabis safe, legal, and regulated. Early voting ends Friday, October 30. Polls are open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3.
