Important Update: Ohio has updated its Cannabis rules effective October 5th, 2026. 

Here is what's changed:

Adult Use (21+) Edibles will be limited to 10mg per serving - 100mg per package. 

Adult Use (21+) Beverages will be limited to 10mg per Container.

Certain High-Dose products may no longer be available in their current format. 

High-dose Edibles and Beverages will be MEDICAL ONLY as of October 5th, 2026. 

Ohio's Division of Cannabis Control has required all licensed dispensaries to apply these changes.

Cannabis Product Return Policy

30 Day Window for Following Reasons

1.) Products that are "Defective" out of the box (DOA)

2.) Recalled Products

3.) Products that do not match the item stated on the purchase receipt

4.) Cannabis mislabeled by the cultivator or processor of the product

Products that fail after using for a reasonable amount of time WILL NOT be accepted for return
