Sun+Earth Certified farms HappyDay Farms, Briceland Forest Farm, and Emerald Spirit Botanicals started Farm Cut with a single premise: these farmers don't trim the cannabis they grow for personal use.  It stays untrimmed until it’s time to roll a joint, and then they brush off the excess leaf with their fingers. 

They also don’t store their personal use in tiny jars that don’t have enough volume to keep the flower fresh. With bigger jars the terpenes and trichomes remain intact, so Farm Cut is offered in half-ounce jars or bigger.

CBDA is a derivative of CBGA and the precursor to the well known cannabinoid CBD. Over the last decade scientists have found that CBDA has a very similar chemical structure to that of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and thus has shown promise in treating pain due to inflammation by inhibiting COX-2 receptors in the brain that register pain.
